ak11's Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ak11 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("you" or "User"). The following definitions apply when reading these Terms:

• "ak11" or "Platform" refers to the ak11.bar website and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the platform.
• "Account" refers to a personal profile managed through the user's own login credentials.
• "Gaming Fund" refers to the real money deposited and held in the user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits or incentives provided by ak11.

2.1 Age Requirement

ak11's services are available to users aged 21 and above only. It is strictly prohibited for any underage person to open an account or play on the platform. ak11 may request an ID card or supporting documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Registration Process

When registering on the platform, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. If false or misleading information is provided, ak11 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice.

• Each user may operate only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep account login credentials completely confidential.
• Granting third parties access to your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to the ak11 support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ak11 may request a national ID card, passport, or other identity documents. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

3.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds into ak11. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Users must ensure that the payment account they use is registered in their own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used during account registration.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, ak11 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending verification.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no currency conversion facility. The exact amount deposited by the user will be credited to their account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ak11 offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. ak11's wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited principal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Policy

The following points regarding bonuses must be kept in mind:

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is activated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• ak11 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, the account may be closed.

ak11's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Users can be promoted to higher VIP tiers based on their playing frequency and activity. VIP benefits are subject to change and are governed by ak11. Cashback is added directly to the account and is withdrawable subject to specified conditions.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ak11 ensures fair play in all games. All games on the platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which guarantees fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to earn money fraudulently by exploiting the bonus system.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Collecting bonuses multiple times by operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

If a user is found to be engaged in any of the above activities, ak11 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, ak11 reserves the right to void that round. In such a case, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account. ak11 will not be held responsible for games interrupted due to loss of internet connection.

The following rules apply to sports betting on ak11:

• A bet cannot be changed once it has been accepted and confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• Bets will be settled after the official result is announced.
• ak11 reserves the right to change odds under exceptional market conditions.
• New bets will not be accepted after a betting market has naturally closed.
